History
Dedication and Compassion in Every Case
Felipe Mavromatis is not just a skilled litigator in the courtroom; he is a compassionate advocate who cares deeply about the well-being of his clients. His life’s mission is to support his clients in their mental, physical, and financial recovery, embodying the golden rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Over more than a decade of practice, this principle has resulted in tens of millions of dollars recovered for those he represents.
Proudly Greek and Brazilian, Felipe grew up in Miami, Florida, and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. He holds a Political Science degree from Brigham Young University, graduated Cum Laude from the University of Illinois College of Law, and earned his MBA from the University of Florida.
Felipe is married and a devoted father to two children. In his free time, he enjoys visiting theme parks, playing and coaching soccer, and cheering for the Miami Dolphins, always hopeful for a Super Bowl win.

Felipe’s career reflects a deep commitment to justice and service. He began by defending the rights of the elderly through the Elder Financial Justice Clinic in Illinois and gained experience as a legislative intern and FBI honors intern during law school.
Today, Felipe brings his expertise to Osborne & Francis, where he fights for accountability and justice. Recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers and by Best Lawyers in America, he prides himself on efficiently resolving cases, whether through settlements or trials.

What are the meanings behind my brand identity?
Harmonious and Vibrant Colors
Proudly Brazilian, I chose the vibrant and striking colors of the Brazilian flag to represent the brand. These colors reflect a rich, joyful, and lively culture, with a welcoming and hospitable people. These are the qualities I want my clients to see and recognize in me.
Honoring My Origins
For the symbol and visual language of the brand, I wanted to pay tribute to my roots. The symbol is a combination of the “Greek eye” — representing the meaning of Mavromatis in Greek — and the “rising sun.” The latter, just as in Brazil and Florida, is a great symbol of hope for a new day and better days ahead for those in need.
My Professional Purpose
To be a light of hope for those who have faced difficult moments due to injuries. I aim to guide each client with compassion and wisdom, helping them find justice and recovery, and showing that there is always a way to start anew with confidence and dignity.
